Chinese silver ring and Taiwan coins

I live in Taiwan hunting with my buddy Donny in an old park, pulled out some old coins (around 70 years old)
And this cool silver ring wit: a dragon and phoenix chasing a flaming ball.
Anyone got an idea if this could be hand crafted? The ring looks oldish and no hallmark but im 90% sure its silver from the looks and how clean it came out..
