I would first search for colleges with that chapter of fraternity.With that in mind it seems that this would almost be as good as having a name inscribed.

Very Nice Ring,, Fraternity locations would be good but without a name or at least initials ,,, it would be next to impossible to trace it to the owner.
Good luck,, I would hold onto that one because it is so old. HH
