Hey guys. Need a skilled Civil War buff to help me with this one it is unique. OK..It is Lead..Looks about the size of a civil war bullet,,...But here is where it gets weird. It has the initials U S. But it appears that they were melted into the lead.. And the S appears to be backwards. The U is caddy cornered of the S.... and the two bands have little raised bumps in them. Found it yesterday. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ...

The lead has melted onto something with a US design.

??? ??? I am not sure. Does the design remind you of anything?? with the little bands and the little bumps?

I'm not sure what it melted too, but someone on here might.

You have to think that the bumps are really holes (in terms of what it melted against)

Nope its lead. I have my tri triple bifocals on, I can see the U and the Backwards S... It is about the size as a 3 ringer length wise. Who Knows?? ???
