✅ SOLVED Civil War Brass Mystery Item?

I found this little brass piece out hunting today in NC. I found it near the two Williams Cleaners. It looks like maybe a clip to something or maybe a harmonica part? Three little nails appear to of held the back part down. One little nail remains, another went down the drain while cleaning it off. (oops!) Thanks in advance for your help.
