Civil War Bullet???

I dug this a few weeks ago and it got lost in my bag. there was civil war activity near by but I was wondering if this could be a civil war pistol bullet?

I'd say yes.I would guess a fired 36cal Prescott?but thats just a guess.Thats what I still need to get is a calibrator.
