Can someone please tell me if these bullets are from the Civil War? the measurements are (approximately) length 11/16 in. and 1 1/2 in. around.
I believe they r made out of lead, but im not 100% positive. i don't have the wieght ,but they are pretty heavy. If someone could please let me know if they know what kind of bullets they are I would greatly appreciate it. :) I have found 35 of these bullets spread out through a piece of land that my grandma and grandpa own in North Carolina where I live. I found them using my Teknetics T2 SE metal detector. Most of them I found were about 3 to 4 in. deep ,but some were deeper. Any information would be great.

No offense intended, but they are definitely not civil war Richmond Merrill bullets. That kind has a pointed nose and a taller, tapered base in comparison to Cpanther10's bullets.

He says his bullets' CIRCUMFERENCE is 1.5-inches, which calculates to .477-inch diameter. A Richmond Merrill bullet's diameter is .545-inch.

Cpanther10, to correctly ID your bullets, in addition to bottom-view photos we need you to measure their diameter with a Digital Caliper, as shown in the photo below.
