Found metal detecting a 1750's farm. Where a Civil War skirmish occurred. What time period did this camp axe type span and how can one tell if it is Civil War camp axe?

Found metal detecting a 1750's farm. Where a Civil War skirmish occurred. What time period did this camp axe type span and how can one tell if it is Civil War camp axe?
It looks more modern than a CW ax. All the ones I have found did not have the nail puller on them.

I googled civil war camp axes and they had the notch in the head.
