✅ SOLVED Civil War piece?? Thanks

I dug this right near where I pulled 3 bullets and 2 eagle buttons out. But is this item CW related? There is a 50 on it, which is off centered and no other markings. Any help with ID would be greatly appreciated.

I think you have a keeper for a sword belt plate with some of it broke off. The number should be for matching it to the plate.

ok, alright. Thanks! Googled a bunch of pics and you got it for sure. Well now I gotta get back there and find the rest! Just got a little closer to my 1st plate Thanks again!
