civil war site finds what is it?

Hey all,

I am at my civil war site. You can see all the finds on my oust on today's finds.
I have found two items and have no idea what they are.

First one is the size if a hand

Second one is the size of a palm

Your first one is off farm machinery. I think they call it a harrow, not sure.

The first one is a guard off a sickle bar mower. The second could be a horse blanket safety pin.
