High on a granite ridge overlooking a creek, I found this buckle in the leaves of a rock crevice. It appears to have Dogwood blooms on it. Have you seen any others like this or have other ideas? Thanks and happy hunting.

Nice find - however it is not a civil war wreath. It is a sash buckle wreath, judging by the size, most likely womens victorian era. Still very cool

Hey THAT IS GOOD thinking! That would have been a grand spot, now maybe I will find his pocket change that fell out of his trowsers, hahahaha!
