clay marble and great scenery !

NFIG]1508500[/ATTACH] I found this clay marble while looking around this old abandoned adobe . can anyone add any insight on it ?. slightly larger than a regular marble. found nothing but a few nails with the dfx. sure nice country to wander around in, people who lived out here must have been tough ! winters are cold and summers are hell.

I had never heard of China marbles, so I learnt something new today, thanks... but I digress...

Cool marble! Commonly called a "Decorated China". They were sold 100 plus years ago and can be seen in the old Sears catalogs.
