any one hav a good way to clean a coin .ive tried some online ways but wouldhave beenbetter to leave alone..

No good way to clean old copper. ...all of that crust is corrosion. ....Although I have used 1 part ammonia to 1 part water with decent results....let it set a minute or 2...scrub lightly with a toothbrush and see if you like the way it looks. Clean the crust usually means you are removing details. ...I would not clean silver other than with water
