Cleaning some finds......??

It appears as though hunting may come to a standstill,so.....took some really crappy looking pieces
and used a bit of aluminum jelly.....GOLD..gilt that is.

The smaller piece appears to be a broach,bigger one I have no idea..do you??

That jelly really cleans stuff super nice!!

Looks like Victorian jewelry pieces to me. I need to try that aluminum jelly on some things. Looks like it works pretty good.

It works better than the Naval Jelly....you'll be surprised,in my earlier days I ruined a few pieces by not knowing what I was doing. Live and learn by your mistakes...sure worked for me!!:laughing7:
