Cleveland Metroparks permit?

I understand a permit is needed. Has anyone done this and what did it cost? Any restrictions?

FWIW I have a permit on the way. It's free and I guess it has the restrictions printed and needs to be signed. From what I read it's basically no digging. The term digging seems loose but for my part it's digging if I'm leaving a mound of dirt or holes or damaging turf.
