Clipped and what?

When I saw Ammoman's clipped wheat. I thought, I have one like that and went to compare. Instead, I found this one I dug before my association with Tnet. This clip doesn't look like mine or Ammoman's as it is beveled on both sides and has something extra going on. Need some opinions here. Thanks

Looks like what i call a plow coin, a coin that got caught up in a snow plow...

The indent at the I of IN looks like wire cutters (or the cutting part of vise grips) cut into it. So I'm guessing the same was used across the to cut it off.
But PSD for sure.

Thanks Pete. Closer examination with the loupe shows the notch is V shaped. I'll just throw it on the wheat pile.
