I found this on the beach 3 years ago...any ideas? Still clueless! Thanks for the help!!!!!

I can't say for certain, but the bone reminds me of an elephant pisiform or maybe an unciform.

Thanks Harry! I posted it on the What's This too because I wasn't sure which was more appropriate. I never really thought about elephants here on Florida's East Coast, pretty curious. I am also sure you'll get a good laugh that I had to look up "pisiform" and "unciform"...lol!! Am I a rookie or what?

The terms for those bone probably are unfamiliar to most collectors, other than those who specialize in vertebrate bones. I hoped that you and others who may be interested in bones would look up the definitions. It is a measure of your curiosity and willingness to learn that you took the time to research the terms. Way to go!
