✅ SOLVED Coat of arms or Tag ?

Found this today in Pennsylvania at a 1800's home site. Looks like a tag with lion holding a shield with B, G on the shield. What are the numbers 187260 for.

Charge plate cards were the predecessors of credit cards, issued by department stores to regular customers. They were used from the 1930s to the late 1950s.
