Here is one that I picked up during my college years..........way back. Fast, easy, and actually better than you would think.
Take 1 chicken (in parts) wash properly.
1 - stick of quality butter.
1 - cup Heinz Ketchup (has to be Heinz).
1 - cup Coca Cola (Origional)
Place Chicken in a large skillet...
Mix in Coca Cola, Butter, Ketchup...
Cover...Bring to boil, then back off heat to a very slow simmer for about 45 min. Don't rush it...it must form a very thick paste that sticks to the chicken.
It will surprise you it is actually very good...Tell me if you have tried it.
