coil protection

Dont like to scratch the bottom of my coil and don't like coil covers especially when water hunting what have you used for protection?

there was a recent thread on coil covers, you might want to look there.

Once again, just use a coil cover. It is easy, effective and inexpensive. When you go to sell the machine the coil is not all gunked up and heavy with silicone or bed liner paint and will bring top dollar.
