COIN FREAKS !! old coins on e-bay,,one day auction,, LOOK NOW !!

there is a 1 day auction going on now, actually a lot of them, they have old coins galore but the auctions start going off in a short while.....several for cheap on each auction.....the person listing them has 32 thousand something feedback with a 98.8 % happiness showing.....these start for as little as 5 bucks i think and there are so many that the bidding is not going up...the lister is '''numismaticbureau''' or type in' green glass jar coins' or' cigar box coins' and be sure to look at their other auctions as there are alot.........

all sorts of coins,,silver, copper,, nickels,,uncut emeralds and diamonds going for 1 cent and they average between 2.5 and 7 carat......silver certificates,, red star bills,,,roman coins etc........

Looks like one of those deals that are too good to be true, reading through some of the feedback it becomes apparent that some people are happy with what they recieved (not expecting much) and others are slightly upset that they got 90% pennies and 10% nickels. When something looks too good to be true it usually is.

well with over 30,000 feedback and a 98 % happiness rating i don't mind taking a chance of getting a bunch of old pennies and nickels for a few dollars especially if there is a chance to recieve silver too... i take that chance every time i go buy batteries and detect...spend several dollars for the batteries,, spend alot of time on your knees digging,, possibly end up with a pouch full of pulltabs....whole lot easier to buy a bag , sit in the recliner and look to see if i am lucky or not,, and if not i still have a several coins instead of a bunch of trash and a sore back.....if just two or three are worth a few bucks then you haven't lost anything...there are alot more ways than one to treasure hunt,,, and as for the people being slightly upset, you have crybabies everywhere, even several on this site..THERE IS NO WAY TO PLEASE SOME PEOPLE!........ just an opinion...gldhntr

let me tell you something dude, all i have ever done on this site is to try and help people out by posting leads galore, and any tips i think are worthwhile. my sellers name on e-bay is NOT the one i posted about the coins... i posted this because #1--it looked like a decent deal to me...#2 -- there are several people out there that might be like me and can't traipse all around the globe whenever the urge hits them because of health reasons and this kind of person would be glad to have this info .....think about this before you go slamming someone or you may end up with health problems of your own,,, then you would be glad to see a post like the one above.........GLDHNTR..........................and for anyones info, i have no @#$%^&* idea who is selling the coins, just thought someone here might be interested.......

Sorry gldhntr, but i have to agree with orygun. you probably wouldn't even make back near what you paid for the shipping. but if you think it's a deal then go for it. i hope it pays off for you.

okay i tried being nice......i am not threatening any one... i wear two knee braces,,have had both operated on, need one operated on again...have had one shoulder fixed and the other is coming soon..i have two crushed discs in my back,, therefore you see that i am in no shape to be threatening anyone.....but i can tell both of you crying $#@ p%$$@#^ to get f*&%$#....there loudmouth that make you feel better ? i'm not the type to threaten anyway..i would more than likely pay a detective to track you down and take it to you personally........have a nice day puss,,gldhntr

not really intended to give out any personal history here , just letting those people know i have not posted any threats here and giving the reason why i have not....as far as anyone else seeing another post from me regarding anything for sale anywhere it will not happen for obvious reasons like having my integrity challenged or people trying to make me look like a theif of sorts........i was simply letting anyone interested know about the sale.....trying to help the people here,, not myself,, and not the seller of these coins....from now on i'll keep such info to myself and maybe the couple of people that sent me a private message thanking me for this post........have a nice day all gldhntr

I meant no disrespect I was just trying to offer something that I have learned from experience. You never know what you are going to get, I admit I have even gotten in on these deals and have found some decent coins, I have never however gotten anything in these "unsearched" lots of coins that was overly amazing. Just wanted to let you know that posts like this O.K. in my book.
