Coin sleuth needed

Can anyone tell me what this is? It’s obviously destroyed but I’d still like to know what it is. There is a hand coming down to the left, and it looks like it’s holding some kind of implement. It also looks like it says “TEN” or it could be the end of UNITED. I searched the red book and didn’t see anything.
