Hi Guys,

I was listing these and saw a couple of the WWII plaques on ebay for $200+, but nothing in the sold. I believe they're from the mid 1980s? I'm trying to figure out what to list them at so started them at $20 each. Any idea on value?

WWI:

WWII:

no idea but pretty cool

Each of the stamps are common US stamps with nominal value.
The value of the sets will be partially determined by the marketing 'hype' (narrative and illustrations) that will accompany the offering.
These plaques represent an attractive way to market stamps of little value--and prehaps receive enough bids to make the effort profitable.
Don.....

As Don stated the stamps are common and don't add value to the offering. The value that I see would be in the coins/silver content. I believe $20 is a good start point. Hype them up as Don stated and you should bring in bidders that are drawn to the plaques themselves as well as those that just hunt around for silver.

Good luck!

Hype eh? Hmm, I'm not a Charter Member anymore so I can't post the link here hah.
