Looks like regular old damage to me.

To be able to give you accurate ID's, you will to work on the clarity of the images, lighting and include some closeups.

Based on the extremely poor quality images provided, you have coins with environmental and physical damage. All post mint. Should you provide quality images, my opinion could change.

Time for more coffee.
 

I’ll just ask. Is that Penny PMD or is it a counterfeit.
 

The cent is PMD. It looks like someone sanded the high points off the obverse.
