Maybe something on the first 2. It helps to know which coins you are looking at also.
 

The first two look like die chips. On the die, there is a metal post that forms the middle of the 9 and the MM. This can break off and when this happens copper or other metal fills that void. The last one looks like it might be crud in the MM.

Are you planning to improve your lighting setup for your images? (You really need to increase the light so we can see easier what is happening with your coins.)

I will fix lighting on images i got a new micro camera with better lights now
