IMG_0121.webpI was able to check a Coinstar machine at work today and it paid off. Some clad, a pair of wheat cents 1936 & 1940, plus a 1964 Roosevelt dime.

I ran into the Coinstar serviceman at Wal-Mart the other day. In our conversation he told me all that is rejected is foreign coins and silver. You proved him wrong.Congrats :coffee2:

Well, I found a 2016 P Jefferson Nickel in the reject hopper - so, so much for only "foreign coins and silver" being rejected. :)
 

I found this peeking out from under the machine today. This is the second 1968 Canadian dime I've had, but the only one to pass the magnet test (does not stick).

Fifty percent silver...I'll take that any time.
