Cole Park, Dallas

Drove by Cole Park today and they are doing a bunch of work on it, looks like they have scraped all the topsoil off. There were a bunch of yellow cautions tapes around, so I don't know if we could detect there right now. But it sure was inviting! Does anyone know what is going on there or has anyone tried to detect it as it is now? Thanks!

Where is the park located? I tried to find it on google earth, but couldn't seem to find it...
