I found an area with no foundation, but these old artifacts.
Musketball
Thimble
Buckle
Plate pieces
Draw knob
Indian Head Penny
Button, smooth
Large Copper smooth (possible William III halfpenny)
Maybe door stop
I still have to go back to try and find some silver. This is the same area I had found the 1655 Colonial Spanish Cob, 1 Real.

I would be super bummed after finding what may be a REAL oldie and not be able to discern the make and model.
Great hunt. It'll be hard to beat the Spanish Cobb. Don't get discouraged though, there will be more a comin'.
