hello all i went to an old standby today worked an area i haven't hit very much and got a solid penny hit.dug my plug and see the edge of what i thought was my first large cent well i over shot my mark a bit turns out its a george II britania halfpenny 174? hunted for another hour and found nothing. forgot my camera so the pics are coming soon. stopped by kenb's to post before i go for the camera
