I found this appliance badge today that was deep. At first I thought I found a big copper.
After cleanup I recovered this,
Type 44
Northwind
REG US PAT OFF
NO VOLTS
ALTERNATING OR DIRECT
D
MADE IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
After some research it turns out to be a badge off of a cooling fan.
The D puts it at 1919 from what I have read.
