Got out for a hunt at a house down the road and scored a little silver on my first sweep across the yard. It’s beat up but could be fixed I believe. Unsure of the stone if anyone has info let me know.
On the second pass I dropped down into 4khz and put the feud into boost mode. Then I dug this 1920s makeup compact. I thought I had something as it made noise when I shook it. When I got it home an opened it realized it was just the glass in the inside still rattling around. Pretty decent shape for being 100 years old nearly.
On a previous hunt I dug this cool pen or pencil. It says ”wahl ever sharp sterling”. Missing the top but silver is silver... or in this case black.

For me, compact cases that rattle are some of the best things to find until you open them. Really great pen and ring!

Awesome personal relic item, congrats! :occasion14:

Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Nice finds that ring looks cool really old Good job.

Very nice finds. I cleaned my first old compact up and carried it for my good keeper finds. I lost it along with the very first SLQ I ever found before I got home:BangHead:

Nice finds ! The ring looks to be Native American
made , and I think the stone is turquoise - I'd guess circa 1950's - 70's likely made in Gallup , NM. , Albuquerque, or Santa fe.
