About that for me. Closer to 20% most times.

I'm Averaging around 25% recently. Been selling them for 1.25 cents apiece.

I've been keeping those only in good shape- no verd, no gouges/scratches, or other PMD.

I'm sure I am still at about 20% overall, but I'm only keeping about 50-100 per box.

Forgot to also ask, what is the latest news of U.S. GOVT plans to discontinue the penny like Canada did, and what about the market trends & forecasts of copper production & prices.

No new news as far as I know.

I've recently bought/searched bags of wheats, (5000 per bag), for $185. Found a few keepers, Indians, small silver, etc.
I leave teens, twenties, and thirties that I have in better condition.
Is it worth holding on to copper?
Thanks
Peace ✌

Not really worth it. Many people are only getting a 25% return if they sell them, which when you think of the time, really isn't worth it.

I only keep them as a byproduct of filling a cent book.
