Coprolite?

Hey y’all. Found this interesting rock while arrowhead hunting today. Any chance this could be a fossilized Dino turd? [emoji23] Checked it with the metal detector and it’s not metallic.

I don't think that's a coprolite. It looks like a hematite/limonite nodule and they often form in knobbly shapes like that.
