Coral?

A decent update: This is the second time in 3 years i’ve found another rock like this. I found this rock a quarter buried in the dirt yard by the driveway I was power-washing for a client.

Here’s the stone after cleaning.

It’s got plant vein-like tubes with ends at the top v
