CORN CHOWDER
2 cans cream of potato soup
2 cans creamed corn
2 cans corn (drained)
2 cans evaporated milk
1 package of bacon, fried, drained, and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
I add a can of diced potatoes, too.
I use kitchen shears to cut the bacon up and put it in 2 quart pan. Fry it and drain it. Add all the other ingredients. So simple, but one of our favorites.
