Could this be a fossilized skull?

I found this and I have been trying to remove the clay and iron staining. The symmetry reminds me of a skull. What do you think?

Lol! I was (wishfully)thinking some type of dinosaur skull. I see a sinus cavity, eye sockets, a massive underbite with large flat teeth, and small needle like pointy teeth
