Couldnt detect.....so geocached.... some pics

I had plans of hunting for the 20 year lost wedding band tonight.....but the lady had something come up.....for the 2nd time....I will get there soon I hope! I will certainly post the results! So...tonight we went on a geocache hunt. Found 2. Here are some pics of our little adventure. Check out the pics of one BUSY woodpecker!!!

They each contained little trinket stuff.....business cards.....books to log your find.....pictures...one had post cards of a merry go round that was built in 1923...thats no longer on the site.

That's cool. I recently got a GPS and have thought about geocaching, but haven't ever checked into what there is around my area. Might just give it a try sometime!

It is a lot of fun...plus you can find some great new md spots. geocaching.com

Nice findiing one. I've done it once and found nothing. The treasure was removed by some clown not playing fair. I took a picture of the location and I was right on it. People!!!!!

Don't give up on it. I have been to sites that no matter what I did, I couldn't find the treasure. I had to give up and I hate giving up!!!

It is a lot of fun though.
