County Regs for MD

Hi. I'm brand new to this site but I've MDed since a kid in Mobile, AL. I now live in Stafford, VA. Does anyone know the rules for MDing public schools. In AL it was allowed if you did no harm and took your trash. Not sure here. I emailed the county sheriff but haven't gotten a reply yet.
