Found another little patch of bullets yesterday at the new spot. There must have been guys standing gaurd all over this place...who knows. Not finding any camped out spots...just areas here and there with a bunch of bullet drops. Found 4 .54 caliber gardners(I believe) and 3 3 ringers. Today was spent digging mainly shotgun shell bases(damn things). I ended up with 2 flat buttons. One with 13 stars and a design on back, pretty neat I suppose. And an old skeleton key made of iron. Thanks for looking.

You had a good day Matt and if you don't dig the shotgun brass, you may miss a button (but you know that). Try hunting a WW2 maneuver site overlaying a CW or Colonial site. The blank 30-06 cartridges will drive you CRAZY. You have consistently been making great finds there. Something really good will be there for you. HH, Quindy.

Thanks Quindy. I'm waiting for that conferate button or plate to be staring back at me soon. lol

Awesome relics!!!
