I'm using a Minelab Explorer and need a new pin pointer. What do you know about using this one?

I think you could live without the discrimination on a probe.
Also, it looks like the coil shaft itself or where the shaft enters the housing could be a weak spot.
I think I'd look some more.
Bounty Hunter pinpointer are $39.95 and work great.
