Cracked my coil. Anyone got a spare?

Hey all,

Cracked my DD somehow.

1st question. Can you actually repair them? I've heard you can use an epoxy potentially. It's a small 2"crack along the side but its chattering rather noticeably.


2nd question. Anyone got a spare coil they don't use and looking to let go of? PM me.

How long have you had your machine? if it is still under warranty Garrett will probably replace it for free.Call them first they are real good at taking care of customers.

If it's chatty, it might have some moisture in it. Dry it up real well, and if the chattyness stops, fill that hole with some good epoxy filler.
