Creek/River Finds Need help with IDing

Hello all,I had to get out of the house this weekend so I went out even though it was 8 degrees above Sat.(but the sun was shining) & found what I think is a crude point not sure? On Sunday (just as cold) I found what looks like (in some artifacts books I have but not sure ?)an ADZ or Celt .
I'm still learning & not very good at ID'ing so any help would be nice.

Very nice finds! First one looks like a knife, and a nice one at that. Second one is clearly a worked chopping tool, whether it be labeled an adze or an axe. I'm very envious, keep up the good work
