Spent a few hours yesterday diggin junk signals at a permission ive been hunting since November. Finally got over a high 80s signal on my v3i but it only rang up in one direction. Pure iron signals in the 90 degree position but the 2.5 frequency was showing the highest in the other direction so i dug it. As i said i was there just to dig up the questionable signals and this was certainly a questionabe signal. Popped the plug and the signal was still in the hole. Pulled out another plug and i saw it laying in the dirt. Probably the best detailed large cent ive ever dug. Beautiful 1851. Really pays off digging those questionable signals!
