That’s pretty incredible I haven’t heard of many people finding them I had to buy mine congratulations

Great, great find. Crispy or not, I would be super happy. Congrats!

Any Fugio's is a great Fugio - well done !

Awesome!!!! Congrats!!!!

Crispy or not it's a Fugio! Such a significant coin, congratulations

Nice bucket lister !!

At least there is enough detail that you can ID it as a Fugio. Great find.

Congrats on the old copper! :occasion14:

I think crispy is an understatement, but I'd love digging that any day

That's it! No more detecting in bad ground for me!!! You find a fantastic coin like that and the elements destroy it. Now if I could just find that coin in New Jerseys sugar sand I'd be a happy man. This 1775 George came out of sugar sand this weekend. george111.webp

Nice find . My only one is better than yours but still not great. So tough to find any pre1800 copper in good shape in New England.

I gotta agree with E-Trac-Ohio's comments on this. Congrats on your find, electricbutter!

I'll only find a coin like that in my dreams here in MO

Congrats

I totally agree. It’s really depressing watching history crumble away in front of your eyes. At least there’s hope for some colonial silver in the area. Sugar sand sounds amazing lead the way(lol). Thanks Ryan

Awesome still looking for one myself great find
