Today Cru'Dad scouted 2 old permissions & tried 3 fields. Not much to report, but we know more than we did before.
Late 18th C bit of a Seal Matrix
Medieval Buckle & plate
1 Scrappy
1668 Halfpenny Token (Rare one we need), not great condition though.
UPDATE:
The token looks to be another rare one we can claim back to our County because the reference books seem to have got it wrong. I've always plugged that the information, & in this case the provenance, is the most valuable thing, not its £ value. My expert contact with our find-spot can put weight on the fact that this scarce/rare token found close to its namesake town is in fact from that town. Some more detailed family research is needed, but our case is looking good to claim one back & correct the books. (Not the first time, but this is what its all about for me)
