CS TOP & SILVER KEY

Found these today, screw top with cs on it. Also silver either pull or key with .025 FINE STERLING inscribed on it. Any ideas?

I have searched the world over trying to ID that screw on bottle cap, but can't find a thing so far.. has to be a medicine bottle like Aspirin or something.
The silver piece is pretty, but don't know about that one either.

I’d guess the .925 piece to be from a broken pair of scissors. (assuming the size is correct)
