WOW, those are really beautiful birds. I don't know if we have them in KY

Nice pics! Must be a cut throat 'cause it doesn't look like a grossbeak. I usually just get starlings and sparrows around my feeders; not much for variety but I feed them anyway.

Thanks for the comments. It's a juvenile male Rose-breasted Grosbeak. We don't see them that often, I got lucky with that shot and a few others. Thanks again.

That's a nice shot. Predominant birds around here are ravens and magpies, so it's nice to see somethin different.

Very cool picture.

Out here we leave the crab apples on the tree so they can have lunch when they come through.

I would only get to see the Rose Breasted once a year and they would feed most of the day and continue the journey. We had the common Gross Beaks all the time. I had to get 100 pounds of feed a week because I had an assortment of seed eaters. That didn't feed the insect and beef fat eaters. They had another table. Thanks for showing yours. Gnewt.

I agree a juvenile and a downy. They must nest in your area. I like others have them pass thru for a brief time. I love my feeders and my cat loves them more. Nice pictures for sure.

:o

Quality pictures of our little friends :notworthy:
