Dad's Point From Last Week

Here is that point my dad found last week (not 2009 ). It is just about 4 inches. Let me know if you guys have any ideas on the type/material. There is a spot near the tip w/some crystal inclusions. Looked through Overstreet and couldn't really find anything that looked that similar. Thanks for looking.....
