I was in the small town of Rickreall over the weekend and I went to the town of Dallas,OR Their is a park along the river and I did not see any rules against M'D so I went ahead and did some I did not find much.
Any rules against M'D in the town of Dallas?

It varies from town to town and site to site. Look up FMDAC for Oregon state laws. Check with the county and city for parks and such. Look into the Millenium Diggers up there, good group of folks!

I live in Dallas, can't get the Parks Dept to call me back!
I did get the Salem Parks Worker to call me . He was Very Very nice, said MDing was allowed, but no digging. Understandable with pipes and such.
Tigger John was raised here, he took me to the "old"part of the park. Neat place!
