Damascus knife?

It says David custom,it's got a 9 in. blade and is 14 1/2 overall.I cant find any info on the maker,anyone know anything about him?

I placed a bid on it $60.00, it will hang on the gun belt with my Ruger old army 45's. I do hope it is Damascus steel and not just a stamped pattern on it? HH
