Decent little hunt today

We hit up our fav park today for a couple hours. Spent all day yesterday at the old foundation but nothing but iron and odds and ends. No coins. Today was much better! We each got a Barber dime. Bob snagged a buffalo nickel and I grabbed a V nickle.
Then Bob hit a spill of Washington Park tokens. We cannot figure out where they were from. There are a LOT of Washington Parks.

He also found a neat piece of jewelry. Not valuable but the nicest we've found here.

Great finds for IL. I've found out IL is not the greatest state for metal detecting. Lots of iron and few coins. Maybe I need to move!

Yeah, Illinois is tough. This park is weird. Where we look there is no clad but lots of tabs. All old nickels and dimes. No quarters and extremely few pennies. We've been hitting this park for 9 months and no tokens till this week and found 6 in places we've already looked. Targets are getting fewer and fewer though.
